Welcome Back Everyone!
The Sam Steele Days Ball, Bocce and Music Fest is bigger and better than ever this year!
Ball Players will find our tournament even more enjoyable with a new partnership with NSA Canada. We have also partnered with the Cranbrook Slopitch association to upgrade the bases to safer impact bases. Registration is open until June 11th and the tournament is filling up quickly.
Bocce players will enjoy our newly expanded beer garden with even better prizes and more fun to be had. Registration forms are available at Agro or The Bedroom Furniture Galleries and must be submitted before June16th.
Music Fest!!! Did you just say Music Fest! Saturday afternoon from noon-7pm we will be hosting three live bands on a huge outdoor stage at Moir Park. Performers include the Honeymans, the Surf Dragons and JPS Trio. Cover is only $5 and all proceeds collected will go to build a childrens play center at Moir park.

Who we are
The Sam Steele Ball Tournament Organizing Committee is made up of a group of volunteers who have a love for slo-pitch and all that comes with it.
We are committed to ensure your Sam Steele experience is a fun and memorable one
The majority of the Organizing Committee are members of JCI Kootenay or the “Kootenay Jaycees”, a group of young individuals between the ages of 19-40 who participate in projects locally, regionally and around the world.
We are committed to put on a professionally run tournament with NSA certified umpires, loads of prizes and fun activities for everyone participating.
See ‘ya all in June and lets hope for great sun and a ton of fun!
